Directions

  1. Leave the M25 at junction 14, following signs for Terminal 4.
  2. Take the exit onto A3113, following signs for Terminal 4.
  3. Continue to the next roundabout and take the second exit onto Southern Perimeter Road. (Terminal 4)
  4. Take the second exit at the following roundabout to remain on Southern Perimeter Road. (Terminal 4)
  5. Continue all the way to the next roundabout and take the second exit. (Terminal 4)
  6. Continue along Southern Perimeter Road until the hotel appears on your left.
  7. Take the next left, at the traffic lights (Swindon Road).
  8. Drive down the ramp into the carpark under the hotel
  9. Do not go into the chargeable Drop-Off lay-by at the front of the hotel
  10. At the bottom of the ramp pass through the Ticket Barrier, Park in any parking bay on level -1, then check In at the Maple Parking desk which you'll see as you drive in and park up.

Arrival instructions

IMPORTANT: Change of location from 01st June

For bookings after 01st June

  1. Please call Maple Parking on 01895 544382 when you are 15 minutes away from Terminal 4.
  2. The meeting point is Crowne Plaza T4 Car Park, level -1, postcode TW6 3FJ. The car park is linked directly to Terminal 4 by a covered walkway.
  3. Drive down the ramp, pass through the ticket barrier and park in any bay on level -1.
  4. Check in at the Maple Parking desk, which you will see as you drive in.

Return instructions

  1. Once you have landed and collected your luggage, or cleared passport control if travelling with hand luggage only, please call Maple Parking on 01895 544382 so your vehicle can be returned.
  2. Make your way to the agreed collection point (below) and proceed to the Maple Parking handover team.
  3. Present the unique barcoded card given to you on arrival to collect your keys.
  4. If you do not have your barcoded card, you will need to provide your passport. This must match the name on the booking and will be recorded for verification purposes.

Return location: Crowne Plaza T4 

  1. Walk along the covered walkway following signs for Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn Express (these both share the same building)
  2. Enter the hotel building. Take the lift down to Level 0 (Ground Floor).
  3. Walk past reception. Take the lift to Car Park Level -1. Collect your car keys from our check in desk

Important information

Please ensure you read the vehicle restrictions and important information to help make your journey as smooth as possible.
  • For last minute date or time changes from the day before your booking starts, contact Maple Meet and Greet on 01895 544382 to advise of the change.

  • Vehicles must be legally roadworthy and safe to drive. Cars with issues such as tyre tread below the legal limit will not be accepted.

  • The maximum vehicle height is 2.2 metres. Late returns are charged at £20 per day or part day beyond your booked return date. ULEZ charges apply to vehicles entering the Ultra Low Emission Zone.

Security

  • All Maple Parking Staff are uniformed, fully insured and CRB checked.
  • Your car will be parked in a nearby car park that is monitored 24 hours a day.
  • Member of IAPA.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
